Many items are ritually prepared and may be made to order. Handling and care instructions may apply and should be followed to preserve spiritual efficacy.

3. Custom Orders and Ritual Work

All custom orders require full payment in advance. Spiritual or ritual work (including work done on your behalf) may take days or weeks depending on the spiritual protocol required. Refunds or cancellations are not permitted once work begins.

4. Payment Terms

We accept cash, credit/debit, digital payments, and select third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Square, CashApp – if applicable). Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

 

No checks or post-dated payments accepted.

5. Refund and Return Policy

 

5.1 No Refunds on Services

All spiritual consultations, rituals, or divinations are non-refundable, even if you are unsatisfied with the outcome. These are time-based and spiritually dependent services.

 

5.2 Product Returns

 

Due to the sacred nature of our items, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted in the case of:

 

• Item received is significantly different from what was ordered

• Item arrives damaged due to shipping (must be reported within 72 hours with photos)

Eligible returns may be exchanged or credited at our discretion.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

We ship via USPS or private couriers. Fulfillment times may vary depending on stock or spiritual preparation. House of Fire and Bones is not liable for delays due to customs, holidays, or spiritual timelines.
